January Regular Board Meeting Minutes

January 11, 2021 

Vice President, Amy Hinkley, called the regular board meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call was taken and all board members were present (Amy Hinkley, Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers). Also present: Superintendent, Deanna Edens

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Motion to approve minutes was made by Stacie Clark and supported by Nate Wickard. All board members present were in agreement (Amy Hinkley, Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers). Visitors (Public Comment) – None.

Board Member elect, Brandi Revers, took the pledge of office.

A motion was made by Erin Cole to elect Amy Hinkley as president of the board of education and supported by Brandi Revers. All board members present were in agreement (Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers). Amy Hinkley accepted the position of president of the board of education.

A motion was made by Amy Hinkley to elect Stacie Clark as vice-president of the board of education and supported by Nate Wickard. All board members present were in agreement (Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Amy Hinkley, and Brandi Revers). Stacie Clark accepted the position of vice-president of the board of education.

A motion was made by Amy Hinkley to elect Erin Cole as secretary of the board of education and supported by Nate Wickard. All board members present were in agreement (Amy Hinkley, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers). Erin Cole accepted the position of secretary of the board of education.

A motion was made by Stacie Clark to elect Nate Wickard as treasurer of the board of education and supported by Amy Hinkley. All board members present were in agreement (Erin Cole, Amy Hinkley, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers). Nate Wickard accepted the position of treasurer of the board of education.

A motion was made by Amy Hinkley to appoint Melissa Curtis to the board to complete the term ending on 12/31/2022 contingent upon her residency and registered voter status and supported by Nate Wickard. All board members present were in agreement (Amy Hinkley, Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers). 

A motion was made by Amy Hinkley to appoint Robert Clarke to the board to complete the term ending 12/31/2022. All board members present were in agreement (Amy Hinkley, Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers).

A motion was made by Nate Wickard to accept the payment of the bills; Amy Hinkley supported the motion. All board members present were in agreement. All board members present were in agreement (Amy Hinkley, Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers).

Pittsford Area Schools Extended COVID-19 Learning plan was presented. No action needed to be taken.

School improvement were discussed. No action needed to be taken.

Adjournment – A motion was made by Staci Clark to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m. and was supported by Stacie Clark. All board members present were in agreement (Amy Hinkley, Erin Cole, Nate Wickard, Stacie Clark, and Brandi Revers).
