July 2021 Regular Board Meeting Minutes

July 19, 2021 

Regular board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Stacie Clark. 

Roll Call was taken and all board members were present except Amy Hinkley and Nate Wickard. (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)

Motion to approve minutes was made by Robert Clarke and supported by Brandi Revers. All board members present were in agreement. (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)

Visitors (Public Comment) – One person addressed the board.

A motion was made by Robert Clarke to approve the appointment of Ms. Audrey Hutchings as a middle/high school teacher, motion was supported by Stacie Clarke.  All board members present were in agreement. (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)

A motion was made by Robert Clarke to continue the MHSSA membership, motion was supported by Brandi Revers. All board members present were in agreement. (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)

A motion was made by Robert Clarke to approve PEA Teacher Contract as presented, motion was supported by Stacie Clark. All board members present were in agreement. (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)

A motion was made by Robert Clarke to postpone the ISD Special Education Millage Resolution until August. The motion was supported by Brandi Revers. All board members present were in agreement.  (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)

A motion was made by Robert Clarke to approve the Operating Plan for the 2021-2022 school year. The motion was supported by Erin Cole. All board members present were in agreement. (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)

Visitors (Public Comment) - None

A motion was made at 7:52 p.m. by Brandi Revers to adjourn the meeting, motion supported by Robert Clarke and all board members present were in agreement. (Robert Clarke, Brandi Revers, Melissa Curtis, Stacie Clark and Erin Cole.)
