November 2020 Regular Board Meeting Minutes

November 16, 2020 

Regular board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Robert Clarke. 

Roll call taken and all board members were in attendance. (Robert Clarke, Stacie Clark, Erin Cole, Sandi Fish, Amy Hinkley, Matt Richards, Nathan Wickard). 

Also present: Superintendent, Deanna Edens 

Motion to approve minutes was made by Amy Hinkley and supported by Sandi Fish at 7:00 p.m. All board members were in agreeance (Robert Clarke, Stacie Clark, Erin Cole, Sandi Fish, Amy Hinkley, Matt Richards, Nathan Wickard). 

Visitors (Public Comment) – None 

A motion was made at 7:01 p.m. by Amy Hinkley for the acceptance of the bills, motion was supported by Sandi Fish. All board members were in agreeance (Robert Clarke, Stacie Clark, Erin Cole, Sandi Fish, Amy Hinkley, Matt Richards, Nathan Wickard). 

Bus Driver’s Contract –

Superintendent, Deanna Edens provided the board with a copy of the current contract and no changes were made to the contract. Robert Clarke made a motion to approve the Bus Driver’s Yearly Contract as presented, Amy Hinkley supported the motion and all board members were in agreeance of the motion (Robert Clarke, Stacie Clark, Erin Cole, Sandi Fish, Amy Hinkley, Matt Richards, Nathan Wickard). 

Extended COVID-19 Learning Plan Reconfirmation –

A motion was made at 7:03 p.m. by Robert Clarke to accept the Extended COVID-19 Learning Plan Reconfirmation as presented. Amy Hinkley supported the motion and all board members were in agreeance (Robert Clarke, Stacie Clark, Erin Cole, Sandi Fish, Amy Hinkley, Matt Richards, Nathan Wickard).

Superintendent, Deanna Edens along with staff that was in attendance discussed options regarding virtual and on-line learning with the board. 

Visitors (Public Comment) – None 

A motion was made at 7:36 p.m. by Amy Hinkley to adjourn the meeting, motion supported by Sandi Fish. All board members were in agreeance (Robert Clarke, Stacie Clark, Erin Cole, Sandi Fish, Amy Hinkley, Matt Richards, Nathan Wickard).
