*Science Olympiad* Wildcats in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades competed in the Science Olympiad yesterday at Siena Heights University. Science Olympiad is a competition in which students compete in events pertaining to various fields of science including earth science, biology, chemistry, physics and engineering. Our students represented Pittsford extremely well! There were 15 teams who competed at the Science Olympiad and our 4th grade team finished 6th overall and our 5th grade students finished 5th overall! Thank you to Mrs. Varney, Mrs. Kuenzer, Ms. Caldwell and Mrs. Saunders for coaching and great job to all of our students who competed yesterday!

Pittsford Area Schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday, February 24th due to continued power outages, downed trees and power lines. Evening activities will be decided tomorrow. Stay safe and warm! If you are looking for something to do tomorrow, consider going to watch the Wildcat Bowling teams at regionals beginning tomorrow at 9 a.m. at Jax 60 in Jackson. Tickets for the event must be purchased on the GoFan app. Type in Pittsford High School in the app and it will bring up the MHSAA Bowling regional. Cost is $7.

Great win for our Ladycat Varsity basketball team! They beat CF 45-28 in an exciting game. The traveling Veteran's Night trophy stays in Wildcat Country for another year. Thank you to all of the veterans for attending the game and thank you for your service to our country! Great job to both CF and Pittsford Above The Influence (ATI) students for putting on the bake sale and the halftime program. Thank you to Mr. Lee for being the evening's MC.

Join us tomorrow evening, February 21st at the Girls Varsity basketball game as we celebrate parent's night and honor our veterans. Parent's night will take place prior to the varsity game vs. Camden. Parent's night will begin around 6:10 pm and the game will follow starting at 6:30 pm. During halftime of the girls varsity game, all veterans in attendance will be honored. We invite all veterans to attend the basketball game free of charge! We hope to see you there!
