The 2024 Big Buck Contest has come to an end. Brayden Barnett harvested the biggest buck this season and won the grand prize, which included a free European Mount courtesy of Dunlap Taxidermy. Other winners were Kayden Culbert in the Youth Hunt category, Isaac Rurka in the K-5 category and Ellie Bump in 6-8 category. Overall, we had 14 entries this year, making it the most successful season for our student hunters yet! Contestants had their names entered into a drawing for a chance to win some excellent door prizes, which included Leupold Binoculars, a range finder, spotting scope, $75 Cabelas gift card, gun cases, gun cleaning kit, a 2 person ground blind, and many more. All prizes were donated by Coach Pidd and the Pittsford Trap Team. A huge thank you to CountrySide Trophies and Awards for their donations of the plaques and trophy.
